The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage and providing a clean room with a nice shower. The location was excellent, close to the main station and sightseeing spots. The bar had a great atmosphere and we enjoyed drinks with new friends. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. a great experience.
Not one thing.

Really excellent location (even better because we were located in another building few minutes from the hotel itself, in a quiet street, nice room), needed no public transport at all to reach all the major attractions including the Vatican. We came with a car - hotel is in the central zone where it is not allowed to enter with the car without special permission - but there is private parking at the Termini station few minutes walk from the hotel, and some garages arround. The price is so competitive that we will definitelly consider this hotel again when travelling to Rome again!

This hotel is a little gem in the heart of the city. Its central location makes it convenient to explore all the sights on foot. The staff are friendly and attentive, especially Andrea at the reception. The rooms, although small, are clean and modern, with a nice balcony in some. The added benefit of breakfast being included is a great value for money.
No major issues, everything was fine.

Hotel is well situated and is walking distance from Rome Termini station (we actually rolled our luggages from Termini to hotel). Staff is very friendly in particular Anna who fluently speaks English and was helpful providing many hints for our visit of Rome. The hotel offers rooms in 2 locations - our room (number 101) was located on Via Napoli location; room was clean and a/c was working fine. Hotel is 2 minutes from Republica metro station making it easy to visit Rome. Basic continental breakfast is included in the room price but may be upgraded for a few euros.
Room 101 is located on the street side and could be noisy at times especially in the morning when the odd scooter alarm system would be accidentally triggered. We stayed there a Friday night and since hotel rooms are situated above an Irish pub (at the Via Napoli location), music could be heard from "downstairs". Overall though , this would not be considered a show-stopper to stay there again.

The location was great.Every historical and touristic places and monuments were in walking distance. The rooms were extremely clean and well-furnished.We were above the pub, and it was not annoying. I absolutely recommend Flann o'Brien.at last but not least, I want to thank Anna and Tonino for their great tolerance and help. If I visit Rome again, I will definitely stay at Flann.

This establishment is ideally located close to either Termini train station or Repubblica subway station. It provides an easy commute to-and-from the airports and offers a great starting point for your sightseeing. Although basic, the rooms are relatively clean and comfortable, with some offering a fridge or TV. the staff is helpful and friendly, and breakfast is included in the room price.
Some guests have mentioned that the shower cubicles are extremely small.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple, but coffee was good. It was also near Termini station and many recommended restaurants near Via Nazionale.
Wi-fi connection was a disappointment. We could not connect to the free Wi-fi in our rooms and could only do so in the common hall. The toilet walls had mould and paint was tearing off. We would prefer the toilet to have more hooks to hang our clothes. Not much of a concern, but do note that rooms may be situated elsewhere (3 minute walk) from the Flann O'Brien Pub itself.

Excellent friendly staff. Very central.
We were put in a room two blocks down from the pub until we asked to be put in the pub rooms itself. Paid €150 per night for room. Hotel quirinale beside it was cheaper and luxurious.

Friendly hotel staff, good food, lively bar and restaurant.
When we arrived at our hotel we were told we would have to change rooms, they put us in a bedroom that slept 4 people for the first night (No reason given) then had to pack our belongings up again the next morning and collect our keys for the next nights stay. Our room was actually located on the other side of the road. Even though it was not a problem to walk over in the morning for breakfast, it was a problem when we had to move rooms, as we carried our suitcases across the busy road in morning, the hotel staff very kindly kept hold of it for us and told us they would put it in our new room. We came back later in the afternoon, only to find out that our new room was in fact next door to where we were the first night.

I was lucky because the middle of December is not a busy season for the b&b, so I had a flat for four people even if I was alone. The flat was nice and quiet. You don't need to give them keys when you come out. Continental breakfast is good, a croissant, a glass of juice, two pieces of bread with jam, coffe or cappuccino. For 45 euro per one night in the centre of Roma (very close to Piazza Repubblica) is very good. My friends let's go to this b&b!
